Settled on the western tip of the Saurashtra peninsula, Dwarka is the home of Lord Krishna and one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. The name Dwarka means Dwar meaning ‘door’ and ka meaning ‘moksha’ meaning ‘door to salvation’. This religious city carries spirituality in the air and is the part of Char Dham yatra and Sapta Puris attracting thousands of pilgrims. Dwarka has a rich culture and significance of grandeur temples, spectacular architecture. Additionally, the beachside and seashore make this town a perfect tourist Destination.

Porbandar is the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi and a lovely beach town. It has been known for an active trading center for centuries. The haveli where Gandhiji was born is now turned into Museum of Gandhi’s belongings and called as Kirti Mandir, which is the major tourist attraction. The coastal city also offers other charms such as few more temples such as Sudama Mandir, Bharat Mandir, Ram Dhoon Mandir, Hanuman temple, and dams, reservoirs, serene beaches, wildlife spots, and more.

Somnath means ‘lord of the moon’ is a temple town and is home to one of the 12 Jyotirlingas, with amazing historic beauty, mythology, and ancient fables, the scent of religion that lingers throughout surrounding the city. Somnath has a spiritual environment, because of the large number of temples but, it also offers beaches, museums, and other attractions. Tourists can also visit Gita Mandir, Balukha Tirtha, Kamnath Mahadev Temple, and more.

Diu is a small Island, located near the Veraval port. It was earlier a Portuguese colony and now is a beautiful and clean coastal town. Diu has plenty of beaches, such as Nagoa beach, Jalandhar Beach, Chakratirth Beach, Ghoghla Beach, and more to magnetize the tourists. Some imprints of the Portuguese such as The Diu Fort, St Paul’s Church, have become the area’s heritage and architecture making Diu popular among the tourists. Also, there are various holy temples, churches, and interesting museums to explore here.

Gir National Park is the only remaining shelter for the Asiatic Lions, and it is offering a home to various other species. With 411 lions recorded in 2010, different 2375 species of fauna, 38 species of mammals, over 300 species of birds, 37 species of reptiles, and over more than 1000 species of insects, this park plays a crucial role in the preservation and sustaining of a certain species.

  • 100% permits for Sasan Gir Park visit are issued online hence the guest need to issue the same directly
  • Sanctuary/National park entry will be 50% more during 15 days of Navrataras, 10 days of Diwali & first Saturday before Christmas till first Sunday of 4th Jan of the year
  • 50% more during weekends and public and bank holidays.
  • Jeep safari/entrance rates are of 4 hours.
  • In a day 2 safari possible i.e. 0600 to 0800 & 1500 to 1700 hrs.
  • SASAN GIR: Is closed from 15th June till 15th October – EVERY YEAR. (It can open or close 10-12 days before/after depends on the Monsoon season.). Please take a note of this.
  • Note: Naturalist at Sasangir is just for a namesake. They don’t speak English but govt. depute as per the labor act. (We have to use them as per forest rule/act)
  • Hotel Check-in 1400hrs and check out 1200hrs

Day 01 Arrival in Rajkot – Dwarka (224 km / approx. 4 hours) 

Meet our representative upon arrival Rajkot and proceed to Dwarka. On arrival check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Dwarka.

Day 02 Sightseeing in Dwarka 

After breakfast, take a dip in the sacred River Gomti River according to the customs of the place. Visit the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, which is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas that are mentioned in the Shiva Purana. Also, visit Gopi Talav pond nearby and get to learn about the stories of Lord Krishna and the Gopis. Continue further to visit the island of Bet Dwarka. On your way back, visit the Rukmini Temple and other famous temples in the coastal area. Witness the famous evening aarti at the Dwarkadhish Temple, before returning to the hotel. At the end of a well-spent spiritual day, return to your hotel for the overnight stay in Dwarka.

Day 03 – Dwarka to Somnath via Porbandar (238 km / approx. 5 hours) 

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed from Dwarka to Porbandar early in the morning. Visit the Kirti Temple, the memorial built in honor of Mahatma Gandhi. From here, continue to visit the only Sudama Temple in the world. Later, begin your journey to Somnath. On your arrival in Somnath check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Somnath.

Day 04 – Sightseeing in Somnath 

After breakfast visit popular places like Gandhi Ashram, Triveni Sangam, Bhalka Tirth and Geeta Mandir Chowpatty. In the evening, visit another Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva, the Somnath Temple. Witness the spectacular evening aarti at the temple and later proceed to hotel for the overnight stay in Somnath.

Day 05 Somnath – Diu (107 km / approx. 3 hours) 

After breakfast, drive to Diu. On arrival check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Diu.

Day 06 Sightseeing of Diu  

After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Diu visiting St. Paul Church & Diu Museum. Afternoon free for beach activities on own. Overnight in Diu.

Day 07 Diu – Sasan Gir (115 km / approx. 2.5 hours) 

After breakfast, Drive to Sasan Gir. Arrive Gir and check in at hotel. Overnight in Sasan Gir.

Day 08 Jungle Safari in Sasan Gir  

Today experience early morning and evening game drive in the Gir National Park. Gir is one of India’s oldest sanctuaries and is synonymous with the majestic Asiatic lion (Panthera leo persica). The only place in India to see this animal, this park can take legitimate pride in saving an endangered species, which was at the threshold of extinction in the start of the twenty-first century, by providing it a more secured habitat Overnight in Sasan Gir.

Day 09 Sasan Gir – Departure from Rajkot (154 km / approx. 3.5 hours) 

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Rajkot airport for return flight back home. End of Services.
