The name Dwarka means Dwar meaning ‘door’ and ka meaning ‘moksha’ meaning ‘door to salvation’. This religious city carries spirituality in the air and is the part of Char Dham yatra and Sapta Puris attracting thousands of pilgrims. Dwarka has a rich culture and significance of grandeur temples, spectacular architecture. Additionally, the beachside and seashore make this town a perfect tourist Destination.

Porbandar is the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi and a lovely beach town. It has been known for an active trading center for centuries. The haveli where Gandhiji was born is now turned into Museum of Gandhi’s belongings and called as Kirti Mandir, which is the major tourist attraction. The coastal city also offers other charms such as few more temples such as Sudama Mandir, Bharat Mandir, Ram Dhoon Mandir, Hanuman temple, and dams, reservoirs, serene beaches, wildlife spots, and more.

Residing on the banks of the Sabarmati River, Ahmedabad is the most rapidly growing city, an industrial hub, and an educational center. The city has a magnificent past, and it is the home of remarkable temples, colorful culture, charming museums, quiet lakes, amazing markets, and has some colonial history. Ahmedabad is a great example of balancing ancient beauty and rapidly progressing on the path of globalization and commercialization.

Vadodara has made the dreams of Maratha leader Sayaji Rao Gaekwad III come true being the educational, industrial and commercial hub. The best time to visit Vadodara is during the nine days of Navratri festival as the city is at its best with zeal and joy. Maharaja Sayajirao University is one of the best universities located in this city. It houses one of the most lavish palaces in India the Lakshmi Vilas Palace and plenty more legendary monuments such as Sayaji Baug, Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum, Kirti Mandir, Nazarbaug Palace, and more.

Located in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat, Bhavnagar is a well-developing town in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. Attracting tourists with great splashes of the calm waves of Gulf of Khambhat, the liveliest port of ocean trading from ancient times, vibrant culture, busy bazaars, magnificent architecture, Bhavnagar is known to be the cultural center of the state of Gujarat. Top attractions of the city include several holy temples, mesmerizing beaches, and National Park.

Diu is a small Island, located near the Veraval port. It was earlier a Portuguese colony and now is a beautiful and clean coastal town. Diu has plenty of beaches, such as Nagoa beach, Jalandhar Beach, Chakratirth Beach, Ghoghla Beach, and more to magnetize the tourists. Some imprints of the Portuguese such as The Diu Fort, St Paul’s Church, have become the area’s heritage and architecture making Diu popular among the tourists. Also, there are various holy temples, churches, and interesting museums to explore here.

Gir National Park is the only remaining shelter for the Asiatic Lions, and it is offering a home to various other species. With 411 lions recorded in 2010, different 2375 species of fauna, 38 species of mammals, over 300 species of birds, 37 species of reptiles, and over more than 1000 species of insects, this park plays a crucial role in the preservation and sustaining of a certain species.

Rajkot is a small but prominent city of Gujarat state with the fusion of amazing architectural and astonishing ancient sites of great significance. Rajkot is 22nd fastest growing city in India, serving as an important hub for the automobile industry, handicraft industry, and textile center. This beautiful city is the home for many artistic architectural palaces, temples, museums, dams and lakes.

  • SASAN GIR: Is closed from 15th June till 15th October – EVERY YEAR. (It can open or close 10-12 days before/after depends on the Monsoon season.). Please take a note of this.
  • Note: Naturalist at Sasangir is just for a namesake. They don’t speak English but govt. depute as per the labor act. (We have to use them as per forest rule/act)

Day 01 Arrival in Ahmedabad 

Meet our representative upon arrival Ahmedabad and transfer to your hotel. On arrival check into your hotel. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

Day 02 Sightseeing of Ahmedabad, Drive to Vadodara (111 km / approx. 2 hours)  

After breakfast, proceed for a half day visit of Ahmedabad covering Jami Masjid (Friday Mosque), Hathi Singh Jain Temple, Calico Museum and the Sabarmati Ashram. Later, drive to Vadodara – located on the banks of the Vishwamitri river. On arrival check into your hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Vadodara.

Day 03 Visit Statue of Unity (95 Km/ approx. 2 Hrs), Drive to Bhavnagar (295 km / approx. 6 hours) 

After breakfast, visit the Statue of Unity. Later, drive to Bhavnagar – Bhavnagar the place of several lakes and temples. On arrival check into your hotel. Overnight in Bhavnagar.

Day 04 Bhavnagar – Diu Enroute visit of Palitana (210 km / approx. 5 hours)  

After breakfast, drive to Diu En-route visit Palitana Jain Temple. Arriva and check-in at your hotel in Diu. Overnight in Diu.

Day 05 Sightseeing of Diu    

After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Diu visiting St. Paul Church & Diu Museum. Afternoon free for beach activities on own. Overnight in Diu.

Day 06 Diu – Sasan Gir (115 km / approx. 2.5 hours) 

After breakfast, Drive to Sasan Gir. Enroute visit Somnath. Shree Somnath is first among the twelve Aadi Jyotirlingas of India. It has a strategic location on the western coast of India. The temple is built at the shore of the Arabian ocean on the western corner of the Indian subcontinent. Arrive Gir and check in at hotel. Overnight in Sasan Gir.

Day 07 Jungle Safari in Sasan Gir 

Today experience early morning and evening game drive in the Gir National Park. Gir is one of India’s oldest sanctuaries and is synonymous with the majestic Asiatic lion (Panthera leo persica). The only place in India to see this animal, this park can take legitimate pride in saving an endangered species, which was at the threshold of extinction in the start of the twenty-first century, by providing it a more secure habitat. Overnight in Sasan Gir.

Day 08 Sasan Gir – Rajkot (154 km / approx. 3.5 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Rajkot. Arrive and check-in at your hotel. Later, proceed for the half day visit of Rajkot, covering The Kaba Gandhi No Delo – house of the Mahatma Gandhi where he lived from the age of six. The Mahatma Gandhi House has a good collection of things related to Mahatma Gandhi’s life. thereafter visit Jagat Mandir, beautifully carved temple of Shri Ramkrishna Paramhansa. It is made of red stones. Overnight in Rajkot.

Day 09 Departure from Rajkot

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Rajkot airport for return flight back home. End of Services.

    Our trip to Gujarat was good. We haven’t faced any issues throughout the journey. Management was too good. Hotels, cab drivers were good.

    It was a wonderful experience. This was my best trip till now. I and my friends enjoyed our fullest in Diu. We did water sports activity. Paragliding, Banana boat.

    Gujarat trip with Diu holidays was really good. Service and breakfast with buffet were really good. The driver was skilled, driving was good and safe. Totally had a good trip and reached safely back to our place.
